Mr. Jaideep Nandi is the Managing Director of the Board of Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and holds a Post Graduation degree in Management, Marketing & Finance from IIM, Bangalore.
Mr. Sumit Malhotra joined the Board as Director on 1st July 2020. Before this, he served Bajaj Consumer Care as its Managing Director from August 2011 till June 2020 and altogether worked for 16 years in the company in senior positions.
Mr. Jagdish Acharya joined the Board as an Independent Director on 5th February, 2024. He is B.Sc. (Hons.) (Statistics and Economics) from Mumbai University. He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management
Mr. Anupam Dutta joined the Board as an Independent Director on 5 th February 2024. Mr. Dutta is a Computer Science and Engineering Graduate from Jadavpur University. He is also a Post- Graduate (Management) from IIM, Calcutta.
Mr. Narayanan joined the Board on 5th February, 2024. Mr. Narayanan is a BTech from IIT Madras and also an MBA from IIM Calcutta. Mr. Narayanan is an advisor to the Board of several startup companies in the food and beverage business.
Ms. Lilian Jessie Paul founded Paul Writer (www.paulwriter.com), a marketing advisory firm in 2010 that evolved into the Paul Writer Impact Network, India's first integrated B2B agency group. Her previous roles include Global Brand Manager of Infosys
Mr. Nagori joined the Board on 5th February, 2024. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and He has been associated with the Bajaj Group since 1991 and has worked with the FMCG business of the Bajaj Group and Bajaj Consumer Care Limited as CFO & President Finance from 1991 till 2017.
